Anyone who has received a diagnosis and needs help understanding their treatment journey, accessing care, or dealing with healthcare challenges can contact us. We support patients with medical schemes.

How do I get started?

To begin, you’ll need to complete a Consent Form and an Onboarding Form so we can understand your needs and act on your behalf. Visit the How It Works page to download the forms and follow the simple steps.

What kind of help can I expect?

Our case managers can assist you with:

Treatment Plan Motivation Assistance – Review patient-specific motivation letters for a strong foundation to secure access to treatment.

• Treatment Plan Submission and Authorisation Support – Liaising with funders and streamlining the approval process.
• Escalation of Declined Treatment Plans –  Treatment plan is declined? We’ll help challenge the decision.

How long does it take to get help after submitting the forms?

Once we receive your completed forms, a case manager will reach out within 24 to 48 hours to begin the support process.

Will you speak to my doctor or medical scheme?

Yes, with your consent, our case management team can communicate with your healthcare providers, specialists, and medical schemes to help streamline your care and authorisations.

Is my information kept private?

Absolutely. We are committed to protecting your privacy and following strict confidentiality protocols. Your information will only be used to assist with your care and will never be shared without your permission.
